Anytime beyond 60 days from the date of shipment of merchandise, no returns will be accepted.

Ultracil.com offers standard 2 to 6 business day shipping via the U.S. postal service. The Ultracil.com team does their best to ship all orders accepted before 12 noon Pacific time on the same day. Ultracil.com currently does not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. Customers may be required to sign for delivery. Shipments outside the 48 continental United States may involve additional requirements. Shipments to remote, rural, or international locations will require additional time for delivery.
