Application

Use the applicator brush to apply Ultracil ONCE DAILY to the skin at the base of each eyelid directly above the eyelashes.

PLEASE REMEMBER that Ultracil is a concentrated formula that does not need excess application. One smooth and even stroke over each eyelid is sufficient.

After application, allow Ultracil to dry untouched for several minutes. Once the solution has dried, other products such as mascara, or makeup can be applied.
